Generating a JPK_V7M report for Poland
Use the Poland JPK_V7M Export form, which is part of the Poland Country Pack optional module, to export all VAT information for a range of tax dates into a JPK_V7M (VDEK) formatted XML, which you can then send to the tax authorities. Some prerequisite setup is required in other forms, as indicated in the steps below.

Perform this one-time setup for the report:
- Follow the steps to set up the Poland Country Pack, if not yet performed.

In the Logical File
Folders form, create a logical folder called PolandVATExport to hold the exported VAT
file, if the folder does not yet exist. Set the authorization groups for
the folder to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts
Receivable.

On the Tax Line
Numbers form, set up the line numbers for tax basis and
tax amounts, corresponding to the K_Box numbers used in the Polish
submission. Include lines for domestic sales and for EU sales.

- Set up some standard information required for the XML file in the JPK area of the Tax Parameters form.
- Define the JPK procedural markings to use for customers, vendors, and tax codes on the appropriate forms.
- Open the Poland JPK_V7M Export form.
- Specify this information:
- Fiscal Year
- Specify the fiscal year of the report.
- Period
- Select the calendar month covered by the report. SyteLine only supports the monthly version of the report.
- Tax Jurisdiction
- Specify the jurisdiction to include in the report.
- Logical Folder
- Specify the logical folder that will hold the exported JPK_VAT file. This folder must already be defined. See step 1.
- File Name
- Specify the file name to use for the exported file. By default, the name is PolandV7MFile_currentdate.xml, where currentdate is in the form DDMMYYYY.
- Submission Mode
- Specify 1 for submission or 2 for correction.
- Confirmation
- If this generation is a confirmation of the information, select this check box.

Click Preview to preview the information that will be exported.
- In the General tab/area, you can view the grid of information that will be exported. You can drag columns to different locations, or select columns to group them.
- The data in the Tax Settlement tab/area is automatically calculated on the basis of detailed entries of individual sales invoices from the [Sales-Line] section of the XML file. If you make changes to the detailed data in invoices, the V7M declaration file should be regenerated.
- Some of the data in the Input Tax Settlement tab/area is automatically calculated. Those fields are disabled. If you make changes to the detailed data in invoices, the V7M declaration file should be regenerated. Other fields can be entered on this tab. If you update these fields, the V7M declaration file should be regenerated.
- The Additional
Information tab/area is used to provide other
information.
If the Submission field is set to 2, the Justification field is enabled. Use the field to explain the reasons for submitting a correction.

- Click Print.

Click Files to open the file maintenance form linked to the currently
selected logical folder. to export the file and place it in the specified logical
folder and filename.
Use the form to download the exported file to a local folder. You must have the appropriate permissions to access the folder.
