Year to Date Gross

The total wages earned by the employee so far this year is displayed. This is the amount before any deductions or taxes are removed from the employee's wages.

Note: This field is automatically updated by the system during the posting of payroll transactions. During Payroll Year End processing, this field is reset to zero. Adjustments to this field should be made with an Adjustment transaction in the Payroll Processing function.
