Reporting Required

Select this field only if it is mandatory to report claims to this Data Collection Organization. If Reporting Required is selected, this DCO is selected by default on the Employee Injuries form. If you also need to report a specific injury to other DCOs, you can select and add them to the grid on the Employee Injuries form for that injury report.

The authority ID and other details for the selected DCOs are also displayed on the Employee Injuries form.
