Account/Liability Account

Specify the General Ledger (G/L) account number to be used for the deduction. The account description displays next to the account number. This account is used to post to the Payroll Ledger Distribution Journal.

Note: This field maintains a G/L account number. The account number you enter in this field must be a valid account number in the Chart of Accounts.
