Insurance Premium

Specify the domestic currency amount of any insurance premium paid by the employer for an employee's insurance policy. This amount is added to the gross wages when Federal, State, and City taxes are computed.

Note: This Insurance Premium amount is not subtracted from the employee's pay. To indicate an insurance premium that is subtracted from the employee's pay, use a deduction and earnings code.
