Expiration Date

Specify the date the document expires.

The employee must provide as documentation proof:

One item from List A on Form I-9, or
One item from List B and one item from List C.

Note: This field is not accessible if the Document 1 or 2 I-9 List field (as applicable) shows the required proof of work eligibility and identity that is required for the one item in List A.
