Days Earned Year to Date

The number of days of sick leave the employee has earned for the current year up to today's date is displayed.

This value is calculated based on the following:

• The positions the employee held this year
• The employee's status in each position, which indicates whether or not sick leave is paid
• The classification of each position
• The sick leave parameter for these position classifications
• The early date limit of the employee's anniversary date and sick leave parameter months before compensation.
