Create State Tax Records

Select this check box to generate Code RS records for reporting to state tax authorities.

Note: You can create electronic filing records only if the state accepts the Federal filing layout.

If you select this check box, the W-2 State FIPS Number Entry form is displayed when you generate the W-2 information.
