Adjustment Withholding Allowance Amount

This field is an exemption multiplier for additional adjustments, a component used to determine taxable wages.

Taxable Wages = Gross Wages- A - B - C

• A = Fwt * Fed Withholding Adjustment %
• B = (Exemptions * Withholding Allowance Amt) - Exemption Amt
• C = Adjustment % * the larger of the two: 0, or Gross Wages - (Exemptions * Adj Withholding Allowance Amt) - Std Adj Deduction
