Assigning existing work resources to different tasks with Microsoft Project Client

  1. Double-click the existing task.
    The Microsoft Task Information screen is displayed.
  2. Select the Resources tab.
  3. Select a resource name from the drop-down list.

    Note: A user created resource is not included during the Sync process.
