Install the tool

Note: Be sure to install the version of the Add-In (32-bit vs 64-bit) that matches the Excel version, not the machine.

This tool comes bundled with other Microsoft Office Add-Ins in a zip file and can be downloaded from KB article 1133634 which is available on the Infor Support Portal.

You can sign up for the KB so you are notified when new releases are available.

  1. Unzip the downloaded file and copy the correct version of the Add-In to the machine where it will be installed.
  2. Double click to start the Installation.
  3. During Installation, select to install for Everyone rather than Just Me.
  4. Give the user permission to the C:\Program Data\Infor\CSExcelAddin folder.
    This may be a hidden folder so you may need to Unhide it from the View menu in File Explorer.
  5. The first time you launch Excel after the install, right-click and Run as Administrator. Then close and reopen Excel normally.
