Linking Windows user names to salespersons

Microsoft Outlook can recognize you as a SyteLine salesperson and display SyteLine information specific to you, if you meet all of these requirements in setting up your user names on SyteLine and Microsoft Windows:

• Your Windows user name and your SyteLine user name are the same. (If they are different, the system uses the name defined in the SyteLine tab of the Outlook options, shown above.)
• Your SyteLine user name is assigned to a salesperson on the Salespersons form in SyteLine.
