Outlook add-in

The SyteLine Outlook add-in is not a requirement for the service application to work, but it does provide additional insight if the add-in is installed. When installed, a task pane is displayed in Outlook that shows service appointment details. This pane is displayed next to the appointment window.

Service calendar data that is stored in the Exchange Server against a synchronized calendar object can be retrieved and displayed by the Outlook add-in. You should install SyteLine Outlook add-in version 2.1.0 or later to use this feature. See Microsoft Outlook add-in for more information.
