Using different images in different sites

You can set up site-specific image overrides when you store images in the forms database. This is especially helpful in reports where the same report definition is used across sites, but a site-specific image such as a company logo is needed.

Use this naming convention when you add the override image in design mode: imagename_site.type.

For example, the image named company-logo.jpg can be overridden for the DALS site by adding an image named company-logo_DALS.jpg. We recommend that you add these override images at Site scope so that they can be seen by everyone using the site.

Using this technique, you can add site-specific images without changing form definitions to look for the site-specific images.
