Using forms to link sites in different databases

To link sites from different databases in one site group:

  1. Log into one of the sites that will be in the new site group.
  2. In the Sites/Entities form, add records for any other sites that you want in this site group but that are not in the current list.
  3. In the Link Info tab, provide connection information for the other sites that are intended to be in the group.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. In the Site Groups form, create new records to define all the member sites in the group.
  6. Repeat these steps for any additional groups of linked sites.
