Adding external users

External customers or suppliers may be added as users on particular sites.

On-premises: Since external users will log in remotely via the internet, the web server through which they will log in should be configured to use https, so that data being transferred over the intranet is encrypted.

Set up these users in Infor SyteLine using authorizations that limit their access only to the specific forms you want them to view. You may also want to limit their object authorizations to view-only, as described in Adding common users.
