Deleting a Drag-From/Drop-On event

To delete an event from the list, so that it is no longer generated during drag-and-drop operations:

  1. Open the form from which you want to delete a "drag from" or "drop on" event.
  2. Go into Design Mode and select the component from which you want to delete the event.
  3. Select the Events property sheet.
  4. Click the ellipsis (•••) button for either Drag From Events or Drop On Events.
  5. In the list of events currently assigned, select the event to delete.
  6. Click Delete.

    The event no longer displays in the list.

  7. Click OK.
