My Checked Out Objects tab, Form Control

The My Checked Out Objects tab has two primary purposes:

To display a list of all objects, both forms and global objects, that you currently have checked out.
Note: Form templates do not display in this list, and forms and global objects that you have created are displayed in this list only if you selected Enforce strict locking of forms and global objects in User Preferences, and you select Include Newly Created on this tab.
To provide options to check in or unlock objects that you have checked out.

Checked Out Objects

When you click Display List, this pane displays all the forms and global objects you have checked out.

Note: Any form templates you have checked out do not display in this list.

Provide this information:


Area/Option	Description/Comments
Keep object(s) checked out	When selected, this option specifies that when you check in the selected objects, Form Control is to keep them checked out. This option is enabled only when the Check in option is selected in the Actions group. This option allows you to have a working version that you trust, which you can later check in (or unlock) or go back and get the intermediate version.
Remove runtime changes from `database`	When selected, this option specifies that Form Control is to remove all form run-time changes from the selected forms in the specified database when performing the action. This option is enabled only when the Check in option is selected in the Actions group.
Display List	To view a list of all the objects you currently have checked out (except form templates), click this button.
Select New	To select only the new objects that you have created but not yet checked in, click this button.
Select All	To select all objects in the list, click this button. Note: If you want to check in or unlock all but a small number of the objects you have checked out, click this button, and then clear the objects you do not want to check in or unlock at this time.
Deselect All	To deselect all objects in the list, click this button.

Include Form Templates	To include any form templates associated with a form that you have checked out, select this check box. Note: Because the Checked Out Objects list does not display templates, you must know which form templates you have checked out.
Include newly created	To include any forms or global objects that have been created but have never been checked in, select this check box. This can include new versions of objects that are derived from current objects in the master forms database. Note: Forms and global objects that you created are only displayed in this list if you selected the user preference Enforce strict locking of forms and objects. This setting marks these forms and global objects as locked by you when you create them.
Overwrite unlocked forms and objects	When selected, forms and objects that are unlocked are overwritten when you check in your forms. When you select this option for the first time, you are warned about the potential loss of data. This option is enabled for check-in operations only.
Execute Action	To perform the selected action, click this button.
