Moving messages between folders

You can use the Saved Messages form to move messages from one folder to another. If the folder does not already exist, you can create the folder at the same time.

Open the Saved Messages form.
From the Folder Name field, select the folder in which the message you want to move is currently placed. All messages in that folder are displayed in the grid.
Select the message that you want to move.
In the Folder Name field, perform one of these actions:
- To move the message to an existing folder, specify the name of the folder.
- To create a new folder and move the message to that folder, specify the name of the new folder.
Save your changes.
