About the Send BOD event action

Use the Send BOD event action to programmatically create and send a Business Object Document (BOD) to the Replication Outbox from an event defined in the Application Event System (AES). To create a BOD that is sent successfully, you must provide this information:

• Both a BOD noun and BOD verb, to be used in defining the BOD name and document header.
• The body of the BOD, in which you can use literal values, expressions, and other attributes.

After you define the BOD using this form, the application returns the XML content, correctly coded for transmission. At runtime, the system provides the appropriate values for any expressions, creates the BOD, and then sends it to the Replication Outbox form.
