Using the Workflow Wizard
Users such as purchasing managers or executives can use the Workflow Wizard to create event handlers and actions for some basic notification scenarios. For example, a purchasing manager can build a workflow to "Notify me when a PO line is created for more than $1000."
As you make choices in the wizard, behind the scenes event handler and event actions metadata is created. This metadata can later be viewed or edited in the standard Application Event System (AES) forms.
After you finish creating your workflow, you can view it using the My Workflows form. To further customize a workflow, use the editors on the Event Handlers form.
Event Handlers cannot be deleted, but you can edit the Event Handler and mark it as Obsolete.
