Searching for a topic in the Help

  1. Click the Search icon.

    If you are on the Help home page and you click the Search icon, then the search applies to the entire collection.

    If you are on any other page and you click the Search icon, then you can select between Search All or Search Current Document options.

  2. Specify a term or phrase and then press Enter.
    Optionally, to reduce the number of matches, specify a search phrase with any of these search operators:
    • Use the Boolean AND between words

      For example,specify item AND cost and then press Enter.

      The search results will return contents that contain both item and cost.

    • Enclose the words or phrase between quotation marks (" ")

      For example, specify "item cost" and press Enter.

      The search results will return contents that include exact matches of the phrase.
