Preventing deadlocks on the item table during certain operations

The Lock Job Items process default determines whether job items are locked during these operations. With the value 1, operations such as releasing a job, which copies the bill of materials, and posting a job will lock all item records in blocks according to the operation number. The default value, 0, does not lock item records.
