Synchronizing Next Keys

To prevent Next Keys data from getting out-of-sync, we recommend that administrators periodically use the Synchronize Next Keys form to synchronize Next Keys data.

  1. Open the Synchronize Next Keys form.
  2. Optionally, copy the data displayed in the grid to a spreadsheet.
    This makes it easier to compare the contents of the grid after processing, so that you can assess what, if anything, changed.
  3. Click Process.
  4. Optionally, compare the before and after contents of the grid and assess whether any corrective actions might be needed.
