Selecting configurations

Your choice of Source and Target configurations determines the types of tasks you can perform with FormSync.

When you start FormSync, the system prompts you to select Source and Target configurations, if you have not previously done so. You can either accept the currently selected configurations or select different configurations; but you must select configurations before you can go any further in FormSync. You can always change them again later, if you need to, using this procedure:

  1. Perform one of these actions:
    • In the main Form Synchronization window: From the File menu, select Change Configurations.
    • In the Utilities dialog box, click the Change Configurations button in the upper right corner.
  2. In the Configurations dialog box, select the desired new Source and Target configurations.
  3. Click OK.
