Deleting a URL variable

If a URL variable is no longer needed or used in your App Builder project, you can delete it.

To delete a URL variable, use this procedure:

  1. With your App Builder project open, from the More (•••) menu, select Manage URL Variables.
  2. In the Manage URL Variables dialog box, locate the variable you want to delete and click the trashcan icon next to it.
    Note: 
    • App Builder does not prompt for confirmation.
    • The variable is immediately removed from the list, but it is not actually deleted until you click Save. Should you decide you don't want to delete it after all, before you click Save, simply cancel without saving.
  3. Click Save.
    App Builder deletes the URL variable and removes any references to it from your project.
