Locating a composite component

If the App Builder Repository has a great number of composite components in it, you can use the Search function to more easily locate the one you want.

To locate a particular composite component in the Repository, use this procedure:

  1. With the App Builder Repository open, locate the Search field on the Composite Components tab.
    (It is the field with the magnifying glass icon.)
  2. Type in the string of characters on which to search.
    Although the App Builder Respository search does not allow for the use of wild cards, you can search on a partial string, such as a part of a word.
  3. Press ENTER.
App Builder returns a list of all composite components that contain the string you typed.
