Adding a data service from the Repository

If you have or know of a data service that exists in the App Builder Repository, you can add it to your project directly from the Repository. This eliminates the need to export the data service from the Repository as a file and then import that file into your project.

To add a data service to your project from the Repository, use this procedure:

  1. On the Properties panel, click Manage Data Services.
  2. In the Project Data Services dialog box, click + Add Data Service.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select Add from Repository.
    App Builder displays the list of data services in the Repository.
  4. From the list of data services, select the one you want to add to your project.
  5. Click Add To Project.
App Builder adds the data service to the list of data services available in your project.
