Adding a component to a project

The first step in building an App Builder app (after creating the project itself) is to add the needed components to the workspace.

To add a component to your App Builder project, use this procedure:

Select the component to add from the Components panel.
Move the cursor over the Flexbox component in which to place the component.
As you move the cursor over the workspace, "ghost" images of the component display in the Flexboxes, to show you where the component will be added in that space if you add it there.
Click inside the desired Flexbox.

App Builder adds the component to the designated location.
