Replacing a license with fewer users

You might receive an error if your new license is for fewer users than your old license. For example, your old Transactional license was for 50 users, and your new license is for 40 users. In this case, when you click Apply License in the License Management form, you could see an error message. To correct this, open the User Modules form and delete user associations with the Transactional module until you have the same or fewer users than the new license allows.

Recovering locked tokens

If SyteLine terminates unexpectedly, it is possible that license tokens that were in use at the time are still locked, thus preventing users from logging in. Use the Session Management form to free the locked tokens. See the help on the form for more information.
