Tracking the license and session type
In a usage-tracking environment, license consumption only occurs when a
user runs a form or an IDO.
An object such as form or IDO is tracked based on the license associated with the form/IDO. The user’s session type is also tracked. In a usage-tracking environment, there is no restriction of access based on session type. However, if the user opens a form from a mobile phone, and the user’s session type (WebFormOnly) does not match the session type of any license module containing that form, this could cause a compliance violation.
To avoid such violations, the system administrator should use user or group authorizations to restrict access.
