Update Schedule

This form is available only if you are using APS mode or Infinite APS mode and if the Use Planning Output for Scheduling parameter is selected on the Planning Parameters form.

Click Update Schedule to copy output data from a newly firmed job into the Scheduler output analysis forms and reports. This button only applies if Schedule Firm Jobs is selected on the Scheduling Parameters form and the new job has Plan on Save selected on the Job Orders form.

This data is copied into the Scheduler output forms and reports automatically when you run APS Planning. Use the Update Schedule function if you need to analyze the output from incremental planning activities between runs of APS Planning.

Note: This activity may take a significant amount of time to complete its processing.
