Rebalance Item Qty Allocated to Transfer
Use this utility to rebalance the On Transfer and the Alloc Transfers fields, which both appear on the Item/Warehouse form.
This process occurs:
- The On Transfer and Alloc Transfer fields for all item warehouses are set to zero.
- The system checks each transfer line item with a status of Ordered or Transit.
- The Alloc Transfers field for the From Warehouse is incremented by the quantity requested minus quantity shipped.
- The system increments the On Transfer field for the To Warehouse by the quantity requested minus quantity received plus the quantity lost.
The Background Queue form is accessible from the menu.
