Separation Rule
Select a rule to determine what jobs or items are batched together:
| Rule | Description |
|---|---|
| All in Same Batch | Process all demands in the same batch. |
| Separate by Item | Process each demand for an item in a separate batch. |
| Separate by Setup Group | Process demands with items in different setup groups in different batches. |
| Separate by Attribute | Process demands for items in batches according to the separation attribute specified for each item on the Items form. These separation attributes are defined on the Separation Attributes form. For example, you could have demands for three different items with the separation attribute PaintR114 that could be batched together through the paint booth because they use the same paint. |
