Remove Tax Free Status

The purpose of this check box is to remove the tax-free status from a specific number of items in a certain location such as a lot or warehouse. Select this check box to remove the tax-free status of material when the tax-free status has expired. The item's expiration date is determined by the number of Tax Free Days on the Items form and the date the item was received.

This check box is enabled when Tax-Free Imported Material is selected for the item on the Items form.

You may remove the tax-free status during a quantity move. You can remove this status for whatever reason; for example, either ordering too many "tax free" items, or the item is needed for a job that is not tax free.
