Rule Type

When prioritizing APS orders, there are rules you can choose from:

  • Customer: Apply Priority Level to orders for the customer specified in the Rule Value field.
  • Customer Order: Apply Priority Level to orders for the customer order specified in the Rule Value field.
  • Customer Order Line: Apply Priority Level to orders for the customer order line specified in the Rule Value field.
Note: There is a fourth rule: Order Type. However, those are set by default and cannot be added or deleted (only the Priority Level can be modified). Therefore, Order Type does not appear in this drop-down menu.
