Order Number/Estimate Reference/Ref #

On the Job Orders and Co-product Job Orders form, depending on how you filled in the Destination field, this field displays the cross-referenced transfer, project, order, or blanket order number.

Also on the Job Orders form, this field is disabled if the destination type is 'project' and the project has incurred any job-related WIP.

On the Estimate Job Orders form, this field displays the estimate number to which this job is linked. If created as a cross referenced component of another job, Est Ref defaults to the Est Ref of the parent job. This field is used along with line number to look up the quantity ordered, order date, and due date.

Note: On the Job Orders and Estimate Job Orders forms, if you delete or update the reference information in this field, the system displays a message indicating the cross-reference will be unlinked.

On the Demand Summary - Scheduler form, this field displays the demand ID to which this job is linked.
