Lead Time

The sum of the item's lead time and dock-to-stock lead time displays.

MRPL = LT + DTSLT

• MRPL = Planning Lead Time
• LT = Lead Time
• DTSLT = Dock to Stock Lead Time

This value is then known as the total lead time. It is used for firm planned job orders that do not yet have routing information assigned to them. This informs you of the total lead time for the item.
