Job, Range

Enter or select the first and last job numbers you want to include on the report or utility.

On the Pending Material Transactions Report, Delete Pending Material Transactions, and Post Pending Material Transactions forms, the job number can be obtained from the Pending Material Transactions form.

On the Delete Pending Job Labor Transactions, Post Pending Job Labor Transactions and Pending Job Labor Transactions Report forms, the job number can be obtained from the Pending Job Labor Transactions form.

On the Job Lot Splitting form's Job To Split field, enter the job number of the job to split into two jobs. The job number entered must be for a job that has a status of either stopped or released. In that form's New Job field, enter the job number of the new job that is created. If job suffixes have been activated, this field defaults to the same prime job number with the next unused suffix number. This must be a new job number not currently being used. If you enter a job number that is already in use a message displays, indicating that the new split job number is already in use.

On the Material Planner Workbench Generation form, the starting and ending Job numbers you enter must be of scheduled jobs (that is, jobs the Scheduling activity has scheduled).
