By Container, Work Center Material Transactions

On the Work Center Material Transactions form, when you select this check box, the entire container is issued to the work center, the Item field becomes disabled, and you are then required to add a container, a transaction date, and an account. Also, when this check box is selected, on the Serial Numbers tab, container serial numbers are displayed.

On the Quantity Move form, when you select this check box, the entire container is to be moved, the Items field becomes disabled, and you are then required to add a To Location and a Transaction Date. Also, when this check box is selected, on the Serial Numbers tab, container serial numbers are displayed.

On the Miscellaneous Issue form, when you select this check box, the entire container is to be issued. Several fields become disabled, and you are then required to add a container, a reason code, and a transaction date. Also, when this check box is selected, container serial numbers are displayed on the Serial Numbers tab.

On the Job Material Transactions form, you can only select this check box when the Filter-In-Place button is on. When this check box is selected, the entire container is to be issued.

On the Order Shipping form, you can only select this check box when the Filter-In-Place button is on. When this check box is selected, the entire container is to be shipped. The Select check box in the grid is disabled when the By Container check box is selected. The Add button is disabled when the By Container check box is selected.

On the Project Resource Transactions form, when you select this check box, several fields become disabled, and you are then required to add a container and a transaction date as well as a project and a task. When this check box is selected, the entire container is to be issued.

On forms that use lots or serial numbers, a validation check is performed when By Container is selected to confirm that there are no restricted lots or serial numbers in the container.
