Average Queue Hours

This field displays the average number of hours that items have waited in queue from the time they arrived at the work center until work began on them. This field is only posted via the special queue type labor transaction. The displayed number represents the current average since the last manual update.

Note: This field is posted to the Work Center records during the processing of job labor transactions. It represents the total values charged to the work center since the system was initially installed.
