Filtering APS Messages

You can use the APS Planning and Scheduling Messages form to see all the APS messages. The messages are categorized as Warning, Blocked or Error. The grid lists all APS messages based on your filter selections. Follow these steps to filter the APS messages:

  1. Open the APS Planning and Scheduling Messages form. The form launches in Filter-in-Place mode.
  2. Choose the type of messages you want to include and select the appropriate check box(es):
    • Show Error Messages
    • Show Warning Messages
    • Show Blocked Messages
  3. Set additional filters by selecting these options:
    • Alternative
    • Message Number
    • Item
    • Demand
  4. Turn off Filter-in-Place to populate the grid based on the filters.
