Mean Time to Repair widget

This widget displays the average time in on-site labor hours that it takes to perform corrective maintenance tasks, for service orders in the selected date range.

Filter: Select a service order start date range (Today, 30, 60, or 90 days, 6 or 12 months)

Calculation: Average work hours of SRO posted labor transactions: Sum the labor hours of all SROs in the range, divided by the count of SROs in the range. This metric includes real time and not just business hours.
