POs Sourcing My Projects widget

Graph the receiving status of purchase orders that are sourcing projects: in process, received, or past due. You can choose to show all projects or only projects where you are the project manager. You can filter for jobs where the start or end date is in the selected range (today, this week, or this month).

Calculations:

• In Process indicates that Quantity Ordered > Quantity Received, Status = Ordered, Due Date is later than or equal to today, and Due Date falls in the selected date range, and the PO line is linked to a project.
• Received indicates that Quantity Ordered <= Quantity Received, Status = Ordered, Filled, or Complete, Due Date falls in the selected date range, and the PO line is linked to a project.
• Past Due indicates that Quantity Ordered > Quantity Received, Status = Ordered, Due Date is earlier than today, and the PO line is linked to a project.
