Operations Efficiency widget

This widgets displays information about job efficiency, with jobs listed by efficiency percentage, ascending. Information about each job includes the job and suffix, operation, sched driver (labor or machine), total planned and actual hours for the operation, completed quantity for the operation, and the efficiency percentage.

Filter: Select a starting and ending transaction date range. Click the arrow next to the date range field to show or hide the additional job range filter field.

Drillback: Select a job to drill back to the Job Operations form.

Calculations:

  • Efficiency percentage = Planned Hours / Actual Hours * 100
  • Actual Hours equals either Total Run Hours (Labor) or Total Run Hours (Machine), depending on the selected sched driver.
  • Planned Hours equals Job Quantity Released multiplied by one of these, depending on the selected sched driver:
    • Labor Hours per Piece
    • (1 / Pieces per Labor Hour)
    • Machine Hours per Piece
    • (1 / Pieces per Machine Hour)

Only jobs that meet these criteria are shown:

  • The last transaction date is within the specified date range.
  • The job number is within the specified job range.
  • The Job/Mfg Type is Job.
  • The job status is Released, Complete or Stopped.
  • The operation is marked as Complete.
  • The operation's quantity completed does not equal 0.
  • The percentages are show in two colors; <100 shown as Red, and >100 shown as Green.
