Bookings by Time widget

Graph the order amount and display the order count entered during the selected date range).

Filter: Select the order entry date range (today, this week, this month). If blank, all customers are included. Also, if a filter is set in the Customer/Prospect Lookup widget, this widget is filtered to show only that customer.

Calculations:

• Order count is the number of orders that contain lines that were created during the selected range.
• Order amount is the sum of CO line price * quantity ordered, for lines created during the selected time range, converted to domestic currency.
