Top 5 On Hold Items by Cost widget

This widget displays the top five items by item cost from accumulated on-hand quantities across all warehouses, where the item disposition status is set to On Hold.

Calculation: Accumulated Cost is the item unit cost * sum (MRR qty - Qty accepted - Qty rejected), in domestic currency.
