Past Due Alerts Report widget

This widget displays the number of past due items for each of the QCS types.

Drillback: Click on a badge to drill back to the appropriate form.

Calculations: If a sched date or due date value exists for these QC records and is earlier than today’s date, the record is past due and is included in the count. Alternatively, these cases are also past due:
  • MRR (Material Review Report): past due if the close date is blank and today is more than seven days past the create date.
  • CAR (Corrective Action Report): past due if the close date and due date are blank, and today is more than seven days past the create date.
  • TRR (Topic Review Report): past due in these cases for supplier receivers, order receivers, RMA receivers, job IP receivers, and product sch IP receivers: if today is more than seven days past the create date and the receiver record is not marked as complete. In addition, for job IP and product sch IP receivers, the PS number is not blank.
  • CMR (Change Management Request): Past due if the close date and due date are blank, and today is more than seven days past the create date.
  • COC (Certificate of Conformances): past due if the close date is blank and today is more than seven days past the create date.
  • TMs (Quality Control Topics): past due if the close date is blank and today is more than seven days past the create date.
  • CM (Change Request Management): past due if the close date is blank and today is more than seven days past the create date.
  • CC (Customer Complaint): past due if the close date and due date are blank, and today is more than seven days past the create date.
  • Gage: calibration is past due if today is past the next calibration date.
  • Gages Due: due soon for calibration if today is between 0 and 30 days before the next calibration date.
