Customer Orders widget

This widget displays a list of all Customer Orders with different RAG (Red, Amber, Green) statuses. The widget also displays more details like Ship-to address, Phone and Estimated total price.

The statuses are defined as:

RED

Customer is on credit hold
Order credit limit is greater than on order balance
Item due date is before today AND quantity ordered is greater than quantity shipped
Item due date is before today AND greater than projected date AND quantity ordered is greater than quantity shipped
Item due date is less than projected sate AND quantity ordered is greater than quantity shipped

AMBER

Item due date is today/future AND quantity ordered is greater than quantity shipped
Item due date is today/future AND greater than projected date AND quantity ordered is greater than quantity shipped

GREEN

Item due date is before today/today/future AND quantity ordered <= quantity shipped
Item due date is before today/today/future AND less than projected date AND quantity ordered <= quantity shipped
