Top 5 Activities by Cost widget

This widget displays the top five QCS activities in order by accumulated cost for each activity. Activities are defined on the Cost Activities form and linked to Corrective Action Reports (CARs) or Material Review Reports (MRRs).

Calculation: Accumulated Cost is the sum of (unit cost * quantity) from the MRRs, CARs, and CMRs forms, in domestic currency, grouped by activity type.
